Beim Test mit dem Statorsockel haben wir festgestellt, dass die Aussparungen f\u00fcr die Spulen \u201eMagnetl\u00f6cher\u201c mit Gegenpolarisierungen verursachen, die die Rotorkugel nach unten ziehen. Au\u00dferdem sind die Magneten im Statorsockel nicht dicht genug. Daher wird auch der Stator \u00fcberarbeitet und durchgehend mit dichter gesetzten Magneten ver<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">sehen. Die Spulen werden nun von oben eingesetzt, daf\u00fcr muss auch die Statorkuppel \u00fcberarbeitet werden. Entwicklungsarbeit dauert halt und man gewinnt viele neue Erkenntnisse. Dank 3D Druck wurde nur ein wenig Strom und Filament eingesetzt.<br \/>\nPS: Die Schrauben, mit denen die Magneten fixiert wurden sind M3 Schrauben aus V4A Stahl und abslout nicht magnetisch.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">The spherical rotor is complete and equipped with 146 magnets.<\/span> <span class=\"\">When tested with the stator base, we found that the recesses for the coils cause &#8222;magnetic holes&#8220; with back polarizations that pull the rotor ball down.<\/span> <span class=\"\">In addition, the magnets in the stator base are not tight enough.<\/span> <span class=\"\">Therefore, the stator is revised and provided throughout with denser set magnets.<\/span> <span class=\"\">The coils are now inserted from above, but also the stator dome has to be reworked.<\/span> Development work lasts and you gain many new insights.
